REFUND POLICY

THE 60-DAY GUARANTEE

Use Bel Chwa AH-8 Gold Firming Neck Cream 2.0 daily for up to 60 days. If
you're not happy with how your neck looks and feels, email us at
hello@belchwa.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

Keep the tube. We don't want it back, and we're not going to make you stand
in line at the post office to prove a point.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email hello@belchwa.com with your order number and the name the order was
placed under. You don't need to explain yourself, though we'd genuinely like
to hear what didn't work — it's how we get better.

We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds are issued to your original
payment method within 2 business days, and typically appear on your statement
within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT

Email hello@belchwa.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of what
arrived. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you
prefer. No return required.

IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE

Orders ship free within the United States and typically arrive within 8–15
days. If 21 days have passed since you ordered and nothing has arrived,
email us and we'll either resend or refund in full.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel
it and refund you in full. Once it's shipped we can't recall it — but the
60-day guarantee still applies, so you're covered either way.

WHAT ISN'T COVERED

Refund requests made more than 60 days after delivery. We're also only able
to refund orders placed directly through belchwa.com.

ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITY

This product contains fragrance and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, a
preservative some people react to. We recommend patch-testing on your inner
arm for 24 hours before first use. If you do have a reaction, stop using it
and email us — you're covered by the guarantee, and we'd want to know.
